Who we are
Klyper is an AI video studio that turns your website and brand materials into finished marketing videos. The service is operated from Israel. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
The service
You give Klyper a website address or brand materials, choose a style, a voice and a format, and Klyper produces a marketing video for you. Klyper is currently in private beta and access is by invitation. Features may change while we are in beta.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. New accounts need a valid invite code. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account, since that is how you sign in.
Payments
Klyper is pay per video. The price is always shown before you pay, and there is no subscription. Because every video is produced on demand and costs real compute, a completed render is generally not refundable. That said, if a video comes out broken or clearly not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund it. We aim to be fair.
The materials you provide
You confirm that you have the rights to the website, logos, photos and any other materials you give Klyper, including the right to feature any person shown in them. You give us permission to process these materials for the sole purpose of creating your videos.
The videos you get
The finished video is yours. You can use it commercially, on any platform, with no attribution needed. We keep your project files so you can come back and edit. We will not feature your video as a public example without your permission.
AI honesty
Klyper videos are generated by AI. AI can make mistakes, in wording, in visuals and in pronunciation. Please review your video before publishing it. Edits are included so you can fix anything that looks or sounds wrong.
Fair use
Do not use Klyper to create content that is illegal, misleading, infringing, hateful or harassing, and do not impersonate a real person without their consent. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules.
Availability
Klyper is beta software running on real infrastructure. We work hard to keep it up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and render times can vary.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to Klyper is limited to the amount you paid for the video in question.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product evolves, and we will update the date at the top when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
